Superfoods as of now.

Here is a list of foods which have been upgraded from Regular to Super (as per webmd.com)
Note that this list almost certainly went out of date about 15 seconds after I finished writing it down.


  • Beans
  • Blueberries
  • Broccoli
  • Oats
  • Oranges
  • Pumpkin
  • Salmon
  • Soy
  • Spinach
  • Tea (green or black)
  • Tomatoes
  • Turkey
  • Walnuts
  • Yogurt

All of these foods are both super, and super-amazing, until you hear otherwise. 

However, I feel fairly confident that no-one will ever call into question the health benefits of any of these Super Friends.
